Adhesive Technical Services supply a full range of testing equipment for pressure sensitive adhesives, in conjunction with ChemInstruments, for whom we are European Agents.

ChemInstruments, are part of the Chemsultants International Network, and are based in Ohio, USA. They have been manufacturing test equipment to meet FINAT, AFERA, PSTC, and ASTM standards for twenty years and supply this throughout the world. The equipment is designed by experts in adhesives, who understand the requirements of a testing laboratory.

We supply a range of adhesion, release, shear, and tack testers, plus for sample preparation, laboratory scale coaters and laminators. We also stock a range of accessories, such as test panels, cutters, weights, films and release papers, and our aim is to supply all the needs of a pressure sensitive adhesive testing lab.

Examples of many items of equipment are kept at our Essex laboratory, and customers are welcome to visit to see these in use. Alternatively, where possible, we are pleased to bring equipment to customers' premises for demonstrations.

Whilst based in the UK, we supply test equipment to many countries and Europe and providing sales and technical service present no problem. All equipment in Europe is supplied for use at 240 volts, 50HZ and is CE marked.

In Germany we work in conjunction with our associate Martin Walther. Based centrally in Uffenheim, Martin has considerable expertise and experience covering a wide range of testing equipment.

Adhesive Technical Services staff and associates are always pleased to discuss requirements for testing and to provide prices and information on the machines. We will be pleased to use our many years experience and expertise of adhesives, testing and equipment to assist you in selecting the most suitable equipment for your testing requirements.

A full after sales service and technical back up for the machines is provided, although most machines require little maintenance and can be calibrated in house.
